Introducing our new Master Butcher
John is The Crieff Food Co’s new Master Butcher and we’re thrilled to welcome him.
With his extensive expertise and dedication to excellence, John is the perfect fit for our new in-house butchery program, marking a significant milestone as we transition to a meat offering more aligned with the rest of our products and services.
With years of experience in retail and wholesale, John brings in-depth knowledge of meat, fish, delicatessen, chilled foods, produce, and food-to-go. His commitment to animal welfare ensures ethical sourcing, supporting local farmers and promoting nose-to-tail butchery to minimise waste wherever possible.
We invite customers and potential suppliers to come in and meet John, discuss his passion for ethical sourcing, and forge meaningful relationships within the industry. Get ready for a new level of quality, expertise, and sustainability in our butchery department at The Crieff Food Company!

Summer Nights
The Crieff Food Co is open until 8pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night until September, and our brand new Summer Late Night Menu from our Chef Stewart is out of this world.
Prepare to agonise over a fantastic selection of grazing platters and delicious wines.
Combining all the foodhall, deli, home store and cafe has to offer – only later!

Italian Pop-Up Restaurant
