A Wild Weekend in Perthshire

The Crieff Food Company is not a Shop on a Farm but a Farm Shop in the centre of Crieff. No one is more passionate about sourcing produce from local producers which is seasonal and delicious. We are building a reputation for great tasting, fresh and affordable food which we source directly from over 100 local and regional producers.

To celebrate all of this we are planning to throw a Wild Weekend in Perthshire.  We kick of on Friday with a suppliers day and late summer bbq. Our bbq will feature delicious venison burgers and other amazing local produce.  We will also have some of our suppliers instore for customers to come and chat, sample and shop. Hearing the stories behind the food lining our shelves.

If Friday is foodie Friday on Saturday we turn our attention to drink. Come along for a mini festival of local, gins, beer and cider…. a perfect mix for a wild weekend.  We will also announce the winner of our Wild Perthshire Photography Competition and handing out our taste of Perthshire Hamper to the lucky winner.  Please see our Facebook page for details of our competition and how to enter.

We finish the weekend in style on Sunday with a chance to come along to meet some of the beautiful local birds of Perthshire…. we will have a selection of owls and falcons for you to meet in our lovely cafe…. what a perfect way to enjoy a relaxed lunch or breakfast.
