March updates – new products, plastic reduction, food provenance, brighten up your home…and we’re hiring!

We can’t believe it’s March already. Time for another update from the Crieff Food Co and we’ve been busy bees in March showing more plastic the door, focussing on food provenance, launching new products, helping you brighten up your home, oh, and we’re hiring!

New products at The Crieff Food Co

We’re always on the hunt for great new products at The Crieff Food Co that we know you’ll love and that’s why we’re excited to announce the arrival of the Braw Liquor Club and The Cocoabean Company!

Braw Liquor Club was born out of lockdown on the Isle of Bute. Using locally sourced Scottish ingredients, you can choose between ultra-refreshing Scottish gin Bramble, infused with bramble, lemon and gooseberry or an Old Fashioned, a Speyside whisky, herbal bitters, honey and sea tangle. These new cocktails are a modern twist on old classics and we love them and you will too! Available in 20cl and 50cl bottles.

The Cocoabean Company is a family-run chocolate factory and visitor attraction based in Dumfries and Galloway. The company was founded in 2005 by Claire Beck and with a passion for chocolate and a background in new product development, she began making chocolates in her kitchen, using her AGA to melt chocolate.

Claire’s innovative and refreshing approach to chocolate making, coupled with the quality of the chocolate used in all the products ensured that what started as a hobby soon became a business in its own right. They produce a wide range of luxury chocolates and confectionery – all handcrafted using traditional methods, to the highest standards.
